Terms and Conditions

• The primary and secondary guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
• All guests, including children, staying in the hotel must present an original physical government-issued address proof at the time of check-in.
• For Indian nationals, acceptable identification proofs include the Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID card, and Passport. Without an original valid ID, guests will not be permitted to check in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identification.
• International guests are required to present their valid physical passports and visas. Soft copies of passports and visas are not allowed.
• In case of any damage to hotel property during the guest's stay, the guest who made the booking will be held responsible, and the hotel will charge for the damage as deemed necessary.
• The Government of India has implemented a no-smoking rule for hotels, restaurants, and public places. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel except in designated guest rooms and marked smoking areas. A cleaning fee of INR 5000 will be charged if smoking is detected in non-smoking rooms.
• No visitors are allowed in guest rooms at any time. Visitors may meet guests in the lobby or the restaurant.
• Special Requests: Any special requests made are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• For bookings made on triple adult occupancy, extra mattresses will be provided.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:

• Our standard check-in time is 14:00 hours. Early check-in before the standard time is subject to room availability and incurs an additional charge. For early morning check-ins, we recommend reserving the room for one night in advance, with the charge of an additional full day.
• Our standard check-out time is 11:00 hours. Requests for late check-out before 18:00 hours are subject to room availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the existing room rate. A full-day charge will apply for check-outs after 18:00 hours, subject to room availability.
• Hotel standard check-in time is 14:00 hours IST, and check-out time is 11:00 hours IST.

Child Policy:

• Two children below 12 years of age can stay in their parents’ room when sharing the existing bed. No extra bed charge will be included in the room rate for children. If guests require an extra mattress, it will be charged additionally and must be paid at check-in. Only one extra mattress can be accommodated per room.
• For children between the ages of 0-5 years, all meals are complimentary according to the parents’ meal plan. For children aged 5-12 years, all meals will be charged at 50% of the adult buffet rate. For children above 12 years of age, all meals will be charged at the full adult buffet price.
• The hotel reserves the right to revise this policy from time to time at its discretion, with the aim of making it more user-friendly.
